Project Leader

Zehus is looking for a Project Leader to join our team, based at our Orsenigo (CO) or Milan office.

In this role, you will play a key part in the development of our smart products for light electric mobility: integrated and connected systems dedicated to the world of e-bikes.

You will be responsible for planning and managing product development activities, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality standards, company procedures, and customer requirements.

More specifically, you will:

- Define project development plans and oversee the entire lifecycle, from kickoff to production launch;

- Monitor and ensure compliance with project timelines and internal milestones, guaranteeing quality and alignment with customer expectations;

- Manage technical documentation and internal/external reporting;

- Collaborate with the R&D, Purchasing, Process Engineering, and Quality teams, coordinating cross-functional activities.

This role is right for you if:

- You have a technical background, ideally with a degree in Engineering (Management, Mechanical, Electronic, or similar);

- You have at least 3 years of experience in Project Management, ideally in product development or the automotive sector;

- You are organized, proactive, and have a strong aptitude for teamwork and problem solving;

- You are familiar with PM tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, Agile, etc.) and have a solid understanding of the APQP approach;

- You are fluent in spoken and written English;

- You are passionate about bikes, technology, or sustainable mobility.
